Annual Schedule
WLCC will be open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00 pm except on holidays and emergency closures.
WLCC will be closed during the following holidays:
January: New Year’s Day & Martin Luther King Jr.’s Birthday
February: President’s Day (In service training for teachers)
March: None
April: Spring Break (2 days, typically a Friday and Monday)
May: Memorial Day
June: Juneteenth
July: Independence Day
September: Labor Day
October: Columbus Day (In service training for teachers)
November: Thanksgiving Day and the day after
December: Christmas Day through New Year’s
Note: If a holiday falls on a weekend, WLCC will close on the Friday before or the Monday after the weekend. For example, if New Year’s Day falls on a Saturday, WLCC may close on Friday or Monday. Families will be notified.

Inclement Weather Policy
The Center's Director will monitor the weather and local news stations to determine when it is appropriate to close the center early or cancel care for the following day. In the event that WLCC closes early or cancels care for the following day, parents will be contacted and informed of the situation. In the case of early closure, we expect that children will be picked up within the hour of time to ensure all parents, children, and staff can travel safely home.
